2007 Chevrolet Cobalt

Changes galore came in the 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt. Engine retuning of the 2.2L and 2.4L naturally aspirated models brought horsepower levels to 148HP and 173HP respectively. The fuel economy, to the amazement of drivers, was kept the same; showing Chevrolet has what it takes to design a car as efficient as any other.

Cosmetic changes to the interior were made abroad, with a newly designed console, new audio input jacks for connecting devices as well as a restyled steering wheel were all made standard. Changes to the tires in the form of a newly restyled bolt pattern changed the high-end models to a 5-bolt instead of the old 4-bolt.

The introduction of a 32-bit computer marked the end of the old 16-bit for the 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt, making head-room for many changes to be made to the cobalt in the future.
